Retuns policy
It may be that you have purchased an item that you have changed you mind on, or that you are not 100% happy with, either way, Peeking Duck will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund (excluding cost of shipping) customers are required to return items within 14 days of purchase. Bespoke or made to order items are non refundable, as are made to order and not re-sellable. Items must be returned to Peeking Duck tracked and signed for, providing tracking reference when sending.
Step 1: Notify us that you wish to return the item with a brief reason as to why this time, the purchase is not for you.
Step 2: Package up the items as received (include a brief note on reason for return) including all original packaging/box etc. /if you have the original receipt, that would also be good to include, so that we have your details.
Step 3: Pop to the post office, or desired courier, but ensure that you send the item 'signed for' or 'tracked'.
Ordering online
Sometimes it is hard to assess what you are buying when you only see it online, don't worry, we are more than happy to exchange or refund, if items are returned in the same state as received.
Changed your mind ?
It is fine to change your mind, but to ensure that your return is processed promptly, please get in touch as soon as you know the item purchased is not for you.
Postal return
To ensure that your item is not lost in transit, ensure that you post 'signed for' when returning items. We will let you know once received too.
Hope to see you back again
If you are not happy with an item, we hope to be able to replace it, or if not a full refund will be issued. If not for you this time, we hope to see you back again in the future.
